Event Title: Share Kai in Solidarity with Palestine
Event Description: Join us for dinner and show your support for the Palestinian community, families need our support more than ever during this challenging time.
What to expect on the night:
Kai: A delicious Indonesian meal, cooked by Nana and the team at Indo Tempeh House. See menu below!
Fundraising: meals are $30 for a main and sweet, you can choose between a vegan or halal chicken. Drinks are $5. This event is a fundraiser for Palestine, all proceeds from your meal goes to humanitarian aid for Gaza.
No bookings: Join us on the night, we accept cash and PayWave.
Connection: you’ll be seated next to others and we invite you to have a chat with others around the table with connection cards that nudge you to talk such as – "What's your go to comfort food?", "Who taught you to cook?" and “What’s your most memorable meal?”.
RSVP Information: there is no need to RSVP, however, arriving as close to 6pm as possible is recommended to avoid disappointment!

Note: This event is led by InCommon, a community organisation that encourages people to reach out across cultures and faiths to make Canterbury a place where everyone feels they belong, with support from Sow A Lyttel Seed and St Barnabas Church.
