Event Title: Share Kai and Kōrero - World Music Jam session
Event Description: Join us for an afternoon of world music, performance, demonstration and improv, traditional kai from the Cooks Collective and the opportunity to connect with others!
What to expect on the night:
Live world music: casual performances and demonstrations by instrumentalists from diverse world music traditions, followed by interactive improv/jam sessions.
Kai: a selection of small plates of traditional savory and sweet items and drinks from Afghan, Eritrean and Nepali cuisines for purchase from $3 - $12. Menu below!
Connection: you’re encouraged to sit with others, listen and engage with each other and the music.
No tickets required: free entry, food available for purchase, we accept cash and PayWave. Donations for musicians appreciated!
